Referrals and compensation
Before a relevant introduction or appointment, NOTICE should disclose any important partner relationship, possible conflict, referral fee, commission, discount, or other compensation it may receive.

Housing is subject to availability, verification, owner approval, and applicable law. NOTICE does not own or broker a property unless this is clearly stated in writing and legally authorized.
