Information processed by this site
When you send an enquiry, NOTICE processes the contact details, move timing, household information, cities, service interests, budget range, and message you choose to provide. The form also sends the page path, a form identifier, a hidden blank-field spam trap, and the time the form was opened. The last two fields help distinguish ordinary enquiries from automated abuse; they do not build another personal profile about you.
AWS hosting and network systems process ordinary request and security information—such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, referrer, and security events—to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the site.
NOTICE uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-FN2G6WK53Z for site measurement and Google advertising features. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are enabled. GA4 may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<container>, and Google may set or read advertising-related cookies or other browser and device identifiers when allowed by the browser and Google settings. The NOTICE Italy first-party GA4 cookies expire up to two years after their most recent update; Google-controlled identifiers are handled according to Google’s settings and policies.
Google Signals is enabled. When a visitor is signed in to Google and has Ads Personalization enabled in their Google account, Google may associate information about the visitor’s use of NOTICE Italy with that account and use aggregated information to support cross-device reporting. Enabled advertising features may also support personalized measurement, audience creation, and remarketing, including recognition of activity across sites or devices.
The tag may send page views and limited interface events such as city-navigation clicks, consultation-button clicks, form start, validation errors, and a generate_lead event only after the enquiry service confirms delivery. These events do not contain names, email addresses, messages, selected form cities, household information, budgets, or other form contents. Google may receive IP address, cookie or device identifiers, browser details, page information, advertising-related identifiers, and ordinary request metadata as part of network delivery. NOTICE does not use the Google tag to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for relocation services.
Why we use this information
Enquiry information is used to review and respond to your request, understand which NOTICE Italy city or service may be relevant, protect the form from abuse, keep the service reliable, and maintain necessary business records. Where the law requires a legal basis, NOTICE uses the information to take steps you requested before a possible agreement and for its legitimate interests in operating, securing, and responding through the website. Sending an enquiry does not make you a client or create a professional relationship.
Analytics and advertising-related information is used to understand site performance, measure visits and conversion activity, develop audiences, personalize measurement, and support remarketing through Google. Depending on the visitor’s Google account and Ads Personalization settings, these uses may involve activity associated across sites or devices.
Recipients and transfers
The secure enquiry service processes the submission and routes its contents to the monitored NOTICE Agency LLC mailbox at ip@noticeagency.com. AWS provides hosting, form-processing, email-delivery, security, and logging infrastructure. Google provides the analytics, Signals, advertising-personalization, audience, and remarketing services described above. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for these purposes. Processing may occur in the United States and other locations where AWS, Google, and their service providers operate.
Browser, device, advertising, and site-activity information may be disclosed to Google and associated with activity across sites or devices for personalized measurement, audience creation, and remarketing. Depending on the law that applies, this may be treated as sharing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. NOTICE does not send enquiry-form contents to Google Analytics. Enquiry information is not sent to an independent relocation professional simply because you submitted the form; any later introduction should be discussed with you and is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy notice.
Retention
- Enquiry messages and related correspondence: kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymized unless NOTICE is still working for you or must keep them longer because of a legal duty, dispute, or request.
- Technical anti-abuse hashes and counters: retained for up to 24 hours. These short-lived controls help limit repeated automated requests.
- Amazon CloudWatch technical logs: retained for 30 days. The form workflow is designed not to place the enquiry message body in these logs; logs may contain request metadata and delivery or error status needed for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics and advertising measurement: GA4 event and user data is handled under the property’s configured retention settings. The first-party
_gaand_ga_<container>cookies expire up to two years after their most recent update. Google-controlled advertising cookies, identifiers, Signals information, and audience data follow Google’s applicable settings, retention periods, and policies. Analytics events exclude enquiry contents.
Security and delivery
NOTICE uses transport encryption, server-side input validation, origin controls, a hidden-field and timing check, short-lived anti-abuse counters, request throttling, restricted logs, and limited recipient delivery. No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. If the form reports an error, you may retry or email ip@noticeagency.com directly.
Your choices and rights
Applicable rights depend on the processing and governing law and may include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out, or appeal. To make a request, email ip@noticeagency.com and describe the enquiry email address and request. NOTICE may need to verify the request before acting.
The site does not provide an on-page analytics settings panel. You can delete or block cookies and other identifiers through browser settings, use browser or network-level blocking tools, and manage Google advertising personalization through your Google account or Google’s advertising controls. Blocking or deleting identifiers may reduce measurement continuity but does not prevent you from using the public site or enquiry form.
Children
The service is intended for adults planning a relocation and is not directed to children. A parent or guardian should not submit children’s documents or sensitive information through the website.
