NOTICE Italy uses Google Analytics and Google advertising features. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are enabled. No cookie banner, privacy popup, consent prompt, or cookie-settings panel is shown.
Hosting requests
AWS hosting and network infrastructure necessarily receives ordinary request and security information to deliver the pages and protect the service. That infrastructure-level processing is distinct from browser cookies or storage placed by NOTICE Italy.
Enquiry anti-abuse controls
The enquiry form uses server-side rate controls, a hidden blank-field trap, and a form-start timestamp. These controls do not set a cookie or use local or session storage. Short-lived technical hashes and counters are retained for up to 24 hours, and CloudWatch technical logs are retained for 30 days without the enquiry message body, as described in the Privacy Notice.
Analytics and advertising identifiers
Google Analytics 4 may set a _ga cookie and a measurement-specific _ga_<container> cookie on the NOTICE Italy domain. They help distinguish visits, maintain session information, and measure page and interface activity. They expire up to two years after their most recent update. Google may also set or read advertising-related cookies or other browser and device identifiers when allowed by the browser and Google settings. Google-controlled identifiers follow Google’s applicable settings, retention periods, and policies.
Google Signals and advertising personalization are enabled. When a visitor is signed in to Google and has Ads Personalization enabled in their Google account, Google may associate site activity with that account to provide aggregated cross-device reporting. The enabled features may support personalized measurement, audience creation, and remarketing, including recognition of activity across sites or devices.
Measured events exclude enquiry-form contents. A lead event is sent only after the enquiry service confirms delivery, but Google may receive IP address, page and browser information, cookie or device identifiers, and advertising-related identifiers with analytics and advertising requests.
Third-party content
The site does not embed third-party video, maps, social widgets, or remote fonts. Visible site assets are served from the NOTICE Italy hosting origin. The Google tag and its analytics or advertising endpoints are the site’s client-side third-party measurement and advertising services.
Why there is no settings panel
The site does not display a cookie banner, privacy popup, consent prompt, or cookie-settings panel. You can delete or block cookies and other identifiers through browser settings, use browser or network-level blocking tools, and manage Google advertising personalization through your Google account or Google’s advertising controls. Blocking or deleting identifiers does not prevent you from using the public site or enquiry form.
Future changes
If additional advertising providers, profiling uses, browser storage, or third-party tracking are introduced, this notice and the site behavior will be reviewed and updated before those technologies are deployed.
