Accessibility Statement

Statement date July 17, 2026

Our intent

NOTICE Agency LLC aims to make NOTICE Italy usable by people with diverse abilities, technologies, and ways of interacting. The site was designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, including semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, labels, contrast, reduced-motion support, responsive reflow, and text alternatives.

Current status

This is a self-assessment, not a certification or claim of full conformance. Automated and manual checks should be repeated after material form, third-party-service, or content changes. Screen-reader testing with representative users remains recommended.

Known limitations

  • Enquiry delivery depends on network and email services; forms provide accessible pending, success, or error status, with email as an alternative.
  • Enhanced legal and contact content can use native dialogs; older browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently. Equivalent standalone legal pages remain available.
  • A telephone-based accessibility contact method is not yet published.

Feedback and assistance

Accessibility feedback may be sent to ip@noticeagency.com. A telephone option, expected response time, and escalation process remain to be published. NOTICE should provide information or service through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.
